Account Deletion for Talesy

Introduction:

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains the process of deleting your Talesy account for Android users.

Important Information:

• Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you will lose access to all your data.
• The deletion process may take up to 20 days to complete.
• Stories you've published won't be affected as they are the property of Talesy.
• If you have an active subscription, it won't affect the deletion process.

Deletion Process:

1. Send an email to tim@talesyapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. In the body of the email, please include:
   • Your registered email address
   • A brief reason for deletion (optional, but helpful for our improvement)
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
4. Your account and associated data will be fully deleted within 20 days of confirmed request.

After Deletion:

Once your account is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to access the Talesy app with your credentials.
• Your personal information (email and password) will be removed from our systems.
• Any active subscriptions associated with your account will be cancelled.
• Stories created through the app will remain the property of Talesy, as per our terms of service.
